Spot the difference between the fake and original Matisse

Incredibly it took 3 years for Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Caracas to realise that the original Odalisque in Red Pants by Henri Matisse (displayed here on the left) was replaced by a fake. Besides quite obvious differences in the colours and composition the fake painting was made in acrylic paint and sported wrong number of strips and a massive brown spot on the wall behind the odalisque. Luckily the original painting was recovered by FBI in 2012 and returned to Venezuela in July 2014. This week the original Odalisque in Red pants by Henri Matisse was put on display for the first time after is theft 15 years ago.
